"Lacking in patient respect, dignity and empathy."

About: Bellegrove Surgery

I was a patient in this clinic, and saw two Doctors here both looked bored and unsympathetic to my medical issues and let me tell anyone especially if you are a woman with female issues one of these doctors in particular is not the person to speak to. I was in a lot of pain at the time confused with what was wrong with me i left his session feeling nothing but dismissed, embarrassed and frustrated. The only time they and their colleagues opened their tired and bored looking half open eye is when you scream and shout your in pain not feeling right or well or bring in your partner to witness to speak on your behalf. Disgraceful surgery and this doctor should be ashamed of them self, and stop working with the public especially women.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry you feel you were not treated with respect or empathy on your last visit to the surgery but must say that this is not reflected in our monthly Friends & Family Report, which you can see displayed in our front waiting area.

I hope that things have improved on subsequent visits but if you would like to discuss this further please contact me at the surgery and I will happily investigate the matter.

Mrs Kim Hunt

Practice Manager
