My first appointment with your Physiotherapist was a 'breath of fresh air'. After reviewing the MRI notes he was confident that there was a issue with my C7 vertebrate, and suggested an appointment with a Neurosurgeon would clarify if surgery may be necessary.

He also showed me a number of relaxation exercises to ease the pain in my neck, and suggested speaking to my own GP about a pain injection rather than increased medication, which seemed like a wonderful idea given I don't particularly like taking tablets.

Following a consultation with a Neurosurgeon, your Physiotherapists diagnosis was 'spot on' and I am now awaiting a date for surgery.

I wish to express how refreshing it was to speak to a Health care professional that was

1. genuinely interested in my injury

2. provided knowledge and reassurance regarding next steps to getting better

3. offered assistance and advice to 'ease my symptoms', without manhandling the injury or potentially making it worse.

I would certainly recommend this person to anyone I know, he is direct in his approach, talks in layman's terms and genuinely makes you feel his priority is to improve his patients health and well being - a rare commodity now a days when sometimes it appears that doctors sometimes care more about 'sticking to appointments timings', rather than giving patients the time they need to correctly diagnose symptoms first time, every time : )
