"Lack of care"

I have been with this surgery for a few months now and l am very disappointed in how they operate. They remove repeat prescriptions without informing me and they never issue repeat prescriptions on time. My daughter’s prescription was due more than a week ago and despite going to request it numerous times and being told it has been sent to Boots pharmacy it still has not made it there. The pharmacy has requested it two times in the past two weeks leaving my daughter in daughter because she can’t have her life saving medications. My daughter has now gone for days without her medication putting her in danger as she is asthmatic and has multiple food allergies. Just this afternoon l went chasing for the prescription and was told it’s at the pharmacy only to go there and find nothing.
