What I liked
The way that I was treated by all the staff in the Endoscopy Unit. I was ver concerned about having a flexiable cystoscopy done, but they put my mind at rest. My Urology consultant carried out the procedure, and together with the nurses, made a unpleasent experience bearable. Also after the procedure had been completed the follow-on discusion I had with the consultant about what was going to happen next. Lastly the discharge staff were very good, not only supplying a very welcome drink, but also explaining the next steps as well.
What could be improved
The size of the waiting room in the endoscopy unit and something to distract you, like a TV.
