What I liked
When I had thyroid surgery in January I do get very nice care from the nurses on 7th floor.
Very helpfull!
What could be improved
When you call someone could answered the phone.
Anything else?
I had thyroide surgery done at 19th of January. After 4 months I've got infection on my scar.
Was seeing doctors every week and staying over once in the beggining of May.
Everything would be okay if they will not put the wrong stiches on my neck by the surgery.
Each time I was seeing different doctor, and each time I had to explain the whole situation over and over again. My last visit was the best one at 14th of July, finally the doctor ( again different one) decided to open the scar again and cleaned again! After 6 weeks of nightmares, with taking lots of different antibiotics some one finally decided to do that for me.
It's is not a problem for me to wait 3 hours at ENT department to see a doctor but it is a problem that so many specialists are wroking there and they couldn't stright away opened and cleaned my neck instead of giving me so much trouble???
And now when I call and I ask for appointent to see some one becuase the infection is coming back and I have problems with swallowing they put me trough to voice mail of secretary which is full so I'm not able to record my message!!?? How funny is that, that I have to go to emergency and wait there many hours again like I did couple of times already.
"Not recomended the treatment at all."
