"Fail again"

This surgery is so unfriendly it takes me months to finally go. This time I got there and they had booked me with the doctor that prescribed me penicillin ( which I'm allergic to(. He has no manners or any interest in you. I didn't keep the appointment. So just left. Apparently after 3 yrs of not seeing him I have to put it in writing. Similar story 're prescribing me penicillin. All my life I have never been given penicillin then at 46 it was my fault I didn't tell him. No apology. Enough is enough with this horrible surgery. I am going to change
