"New to the surgery"

After the birth of my son in July, I moved to this practice from another local one where I had had a bad experience, particularly when going through fertility issues/IVF.

I have been incredibly impressed with this practice and am just so glad I moved.

The staff on the reception are incredibly professional.

They are so kind, friendly and helpful and am so grateful for all their help so far with my son.

I have spoken to each of the staff behind reception at some stage and every single one has shown such compassion and have been so helpful which with a newborn had made an incredible difference.

In the last few months I have had to see a number of doctors regarding my son's reflux and other health issues (and my own tendonitis) and the doctors have been so supportive and friendly.

Whenever I have needed an appointment for my son, the surgery does their best to get me one as soon as possible.

The nurse was absolutely lovely when it came to each of my son's injections, putting both me and him at ease and they were so helpful with regards to after care.

I can't recommend this surgery highly enough and am so pleased I changed.

I have been very impressed so far and want to thank everyone for all their hard work and the support they have provided,
