"Everything went so smoothly"

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Over New Year I developed blepharitis and cysts on my eye and had to attend the eye hospital.

I was seen and sent home with treatment within 30 minutes and everyone I met was lovely and helpful.

I was expecting to have to wait ages and despite being from Scotland and therefore not on their system everything went so smoothly.

Thanks so much to the nurses that saw me as I was in a lot of pain and the treatment cleared everything up within a couple of days. 

As a student nurse myself I understand how difficult it can be to work in busy conditions but the nurses in the eye hospital were fantastic, thanks again!
