"Appointment reschedule 4 time. Over a year of..."

I've been trying to get referral for weight loss surgery for 10 years. Finally when I got it I hoped that my life will change one day. Unfortunately it is already a year after referral. My appointment was canceled 4 times. Now I have to wait until end of August. It's a joke. But not funny.
