"My stay in WHU WARD 1B"

I was admitted from A & E into Ward 1B, once I entered this ward my journey began. I found evey single person on this ward was friendly, happy, very caring, nothing was too much trouble for them! If they didn't know an answer to my questions they went and found someone who did. The cleanliness on this unit was above my expectations, the beds were changed and the rooms were all scrubbed and mopped daily. The food was lovely, how anyone can say that hospital food is disgusting is beyond me, it was piping hot, tasty and nutrishous and to be honest I felt like I was on a private ward. All my procedures were explained thouroughly with me. The nurses were absolutely wonderful, they do such a fantastic job and always smile throughout! The Doctors were wondeful with me, everything discussed and tests put straight into place. I have been very fortunate in my life to have not needed a stay in hospital apart from having my son 25 years ago but now I am in need of hospital care, I know I could not be in better hands.
