Went in for endoscopy felt quite anxious as first time procedure nurses and the clinician who performed the procedure were fantastic they reassured me and talked through what would happen .the clinician explained everything and talked me through what was happening.felt like private with 3 nurses with me too while it was being performed.
Aftercare was excellent again the clinician went through the findings and what aftercare I needed she gave me advice on diet and recommendations.
I was then taken into recovery room and once again the nurses there were very professional and friendly .
