Went into have an arthroscopy and knee tidy up on 06th April. Looked after from the off. Efficient front desk staff. Escorted to my room and advised by all concerned what was happening. Two members of staff in particular were very helpful. I was in room 7 and the theatre support, another member of staff was first class. The opd was extremely nice as was the aneasthatist. Great after care in the recovery room from another member of staff and well looked after once back on the bay by the girls.
A true team effort by everyone, a pleasant experience by all who really looked like they enjoyed their jobs.
