"Praise where praise is due!"

I was lucky enough to be offered a much needed emergency dental appointment here this morning. I was in a great deal of pain and am like many others ridiculously nervous after a nasty experience many years ago in Essex.

Sadly there was no choice but to remove the tooth, which was my greatest fear.

The dentist and her assistant were both very sympathetic and acted incredibly professionally. There was absolutely no pain and it wasn’t an easy extraction but the Dentist kept me well informed throughout.

I can honestly say that these two professionals have helped restore my faith in visiting the dentists and I can only offer the highest praise for this practice.

The receptionist was as equally kind and sympathetic both on my arrival and departure.

Without doubt a wonderful facility that local residents are extremely lucky to have.

Thank you all for this morning, especially as it was a Sunday. I am indebted to the team who made the whole experience as positive as possible. Well done!
