It’s a shame I can’t leave post pictures up. to show everyone how DIRTY the baby unit is.
Popcorn on the floor
Used armbands
Tissue under the bed
Primary labels on the window ledge

Thank you for your feedback were are really concerned to read that the unit was not as clean as we would expect it to be. We would like to apologise for this. We have shared your feedback with our Estates Team so that they can review the cleaning schedules with our housekeepers and ensure that cleaning is carried out to the standard we expect.
