(as the patient),

I am very upset and stressed with Durham Hospital as I feel my wishes and needs have not been listened to, my operation was originally in for early march which they then cancelled re-arranged for late march went in got my prepped and everything then yet again cancelled, given another date for early april and yet again been cancelled. I am getting sick of this I need to find out why I cant get pregnant. I have expressed my feelings and concerns to this hospital and they do not care and are not bothered about the patients in their care. So I have made the decision to go privately at the Nuffield hospital at least I wont get treated like a piece of crap on  the bottom of someones shoe. I want this sorted and an apology and a reasonable good enough response in a letter as to why nothing is being listened to  (doubt writing on here will change anything) good luck if you go to this hospital they treat you like a piece of crap.
