"Diabolical"

To be fair for the first time in 7 years I got an appointment when needed.

Unfortunately was referred to emergency surgery unit at Broomfield next day although overnight things happened and in the morning I suffered large blood loss, this was relayed via the phone to dickens place for advice, they answered and promised a return call within the hour, this did not happen, I gave up and went to hospital 3and a half hours later having been dealt with at the hospital my partner went into dickens place to complain only to be told they had only 30 minutes earlier rang and left a voicemail. Really no missed calls or voicemail have appeared or indeed will and they were only 2hrs over the promised return call. ?

Unfortunately these reviews in general are useless like any complaint to dickens place as this will no doubt be the last I hear of it as usual. Like my smoking cessation programme that I rang to cancel an appointment as I was stuck in traffic in Cambridge and was told I cannot have another appointment for two weeks ultimately no tablets allowed programme written of what a waste of time.

Ps when I have been able to get an appointment the doctors have been very good
