"Bad treatment"

I booked my blood test online. The waiting area was small, stuffy,smelly and cramped.

There was no one to query anything with.

What was most disgusting was the blood test room which was mixed sex, open plan with no privacy - it was shared with patients and staff.

I found this totally crass, unprofessional, undignified and insensitive.

I left without having my blood test because I felt degraded.I complained to the Quality Care Commission because I spent 2 hours looking for a practice manager to complaint to, to no avail.You would not even treat a dog like this.

Next time I shall take out a loan and have a blood test done privately.

I would not be interested in any whitewash responses.
