(as the patient),

I had the most horrendous one hour on the dental couch while two extractions took place.

The three members of your staff could not have been more caring and professional. I would be very pleased if you could relay to them my thanks...I think I did say thank you as I was leaving, but I was not functioning very well at that time.. Pleased to say I am recovering well.
