After a year of seeing my key worker on a weekly basis, I have found our sessions very useful in my life and I have changed massively.

Hi there

I guess that everyone who enters treatment with us wants to change something but often people do not know what they want to change and focus on drugs and alcohol. The way you have written your comment suggests that this is more about what YOU do and don't do rather than a substance - so its about behavior. Congratulations on the progress and the changes you have made.
