The lady conducting the echo was very caring and understanding and made me feel not just a routine appointment but genuinely cared and made me feel comfortable and ensured throughout the whole thing that I was okay. My child was with me and also made a big effort to make sure he was okay while doing the scan she explained everything, listened to what I have to say and really took interest in my thoughts and how I’d been feeling which led to needing an Echo in the first place. I am under professionals at Boston and Lincoln and this is the first time I’ve been to an appointment and left with a smile. This hospital has the best medical care staff and hope all my future appointments can be here.
