I rang 111 on bank holiday Monday as I was concerned my 13 month old daughter had an unknown rash. I explained to the Agent who asked me a series of questions and advised he would get me a callback within 2 hours...I received a callback within 3 minutes advising me they had an appointment waiting for me at Halton walk-in centre in 15 minutes for me. I was absolutely shocked & so pleased at how it was all handled. The GP was really understanding and done all he could to look into her unexplained rash. He took his time, completed thorough checks and gave me context behind his decisions. The staff were also friendly & polite. I couldn’t fault it from start to finish. Thank you all so much, you all worked effectively together with great communication skills and in a timely manner. I’m super impressed!
