The receptionist who did my booking was super helpful to find to an appointment to suit - then when that was cancelled internally she called and emailed to find me a prompt alternative- She was really helpful, diligent and efficient - she made me feel welcome and valued.

The marina coil removal is done by a specialist nurse, who’s name alas I didn’t catch.

She too was so lovely, efficient, professional and took out the coil with no pain nor fuss.

We shared menapause experiences which was good as one does feel very isolated and almost rejected during / pre and post menapausal.

All in all the staff made me feel better about myself and my end of being a reproducing woman.....

We continue to work very hard to ensure that we are able to provide same day appointments as well as appointments which can be booked in advance. Unfortunately sometime appointments are cancelled by us at the last minute and this cannot always be avoided due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are however pleased that we were able to offer you an alternative at a time that was convenient.

We are delighted to hear that your experience felt caring and supportive, as this is every bit as important as making sure the service runs efficiently.

I will ensure that your positive story is shared with all our staff, as it is so important that everyone understands how important this is to the work we all do.
