"Fantastic customer service"

About: Blyth Community Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I had a horrific accident in December 2017 and was left with injuries that meant I couldn’t walk for quite a few months & still can’t yet. I have physio in bylth hospital twice a week. My physio is fantastic. He has went above & beyond his role. If it wasn’t for his own enthusiasm & effort I wouldn’t be where I am today. He’s a very motivated unselfish caring person. Who I think should be recognised for his customer service & manner. The rest of the physio team have been fantastic but this physio stands out for his outstanding performance of motivation & drive. Well done! The car park could do with being bigger.
