Visited this department a couple of times now and feel disappointed. Staff appear to be just stood about or stood at the reception desk talking about their nights out! Always late and also, considering that this department does deal with some people with deafness, I’m amazed that it doesn’t have a board to show names instead of staff trying to shout out names above the loud tv???
Could you not make your appointments so they run at least a little on time?
