"Care now is much better than in the 70's"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Inpatient mental health care

(as a service user),

I've been receiving services from LPFT since 1970s. I helped set up the diabetes nurses. I'm resident at the Peter Hodgkin centre. I'm pretty happy with the service I get and get on with the staff, they do help you.

Even one of the porters is hugely helpful - he helps with everything. The help I get now is much better than back in the 1970's when I first got help. I'm not sure about how people have contact with families, you have to ask special permission I think.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your positive experience of services provided by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust at the Peter Hodgkinson Centre. It is always very pleasing to receive compliments about Trust staff and services, particularly when they come from Service Users and/or carers. This generates tremendous pride in Trust staff and what they do. Thank you.
