"A true asset to the NHS"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Clinical Nurse Specialist Teams

(as a parent/guardian),

My son is 10 and has visited Lorraine, his allergy specialist, a lot in the past 8 years due to his nut allergy. The most recent time he attended RACH was when he got allergy testing. He instantly felt sick and dizzy but Lorraine handled it like a professional and made him feel at ease and by the time he left he felt much better. Lorraine even called me this morning to check my son is ok. She is a true asset to NHS and always goes above and beyond for everyone!

Thank you very much for your comments regarding your sons care when he attended his out patient appointment with Lorraine at RACH.

It is a pleasure to hear that that the care your son received was dealt with in a prompt professional manner. I hope he has now recovered fully and has suffered no adverse effects of his allergy testing.

I will pass on your comments to Lorraine.
