What I liked

My care was consistently excellent throughout my stay as was that of other patients around me, on Ward 11 and 10 at BHH. The nursing and surgical teams were always busy but had time to be kind, caring and efficient. The environment was warm and cheery by all disciplines of staff, and the cleanliness was of a high standard, keep up the good work, you are doing a good job!!
