What I liked

I broke my back in June and I have to say the staff in A&E and on ward 6 were lovely. My only concern was the delay in being transferred to the RVI, but that was down to the RVI and not Wansbeck.

What could be improved

Communication between Wansbeck and RVI

Thank you for your comments posted on this website regarding the care afforded to you recently at Wansbeck General Hospital.

The Trust was sorry to hear of the delay in your transfer but cannot comment on behalf of the Royal Victoria Infirmary.

Patient feedback is always appreciated and I trust that you are continuing to make a good recovery.
