Although my nursing care was as it should be I found the medical staff who treated me dismissive.

Thank you so much for your very positive feedback regarding our Cardiology Service and your comments regarding the nursing care provided to you this is very much appreciated. I am sorry, however, that you found the medical staff to be dismissive.

I shall pass your comments to the Matron for Cardiology so that she can share your views with the staff concerned.

We very much value you taking the time to let us have your views as this gives us the opportunity to see what our patients think about us and allows us to look at the services that we provide in order to improve these where necessary.
