Dear N& N,
On 7th July 2011, I came into your day procedure ward for a small procedure.
I had an examination carried out by the Dept of Urology.
Your care, service and professionalism was outstanding! This extended from the reception area through to the doctor’s part. Furthermore, the whole procedure was carried out with dignity and was totally patient centred.
In these day of some quarters battering our NHS; I found the contrary.
The nice touch was just as I was being discharged, a nurse asked me if I want a tea/coffee.
You guys run a world class service-thank you very much. I will not forget this experience ever.
