Our first grandson was delivered at the natural childbirth centre and what a great experience that was. For her second child, our daughter decided to have a home birth.
All care leading up to the delivery was of the highest standard.
Our granddaughter was born at home on the 14 March 2018. We had not met the midwife before but this extremely calm and professional midwife came and delivered the baby with the greatest of skill and kindness. She also came back later that evening to check that Mum and baby were well.
As a grandparent it was wonderful to experience the NHS working again at it's best.
We would be most grateful if you would thank our midwife for her dedication and professionalism; she made the whole home birth experience much calmer and enjoyable.
