What I liked
there appears to have been some improvement in the Nursing staffs professionalism
What could be improved
The Doctors and Consultants should at least see their patients when they are admitted or visit them on the wards, ward rounds are often missed or taken bt Doctors with no knowledge of the patients history. Commounication the nursinf staff are not informed of treatments and when asked by patients the stock response is you will have to ask the Doctor so it is a continous roundabout with no information.
Anything else?
The Ceo is not available most itmes and niether are senior Doctors during times relatives visit the Hospital. The Consultants or the Registrars should be available during visiting hours as this is the time when most relatives would like to be informed what is happening.
