"Excellence in care and communication GRI"

On behalf of my recovering wife  (and I), I’d like to extend our deepest gratitude for the level of care, communication and support we experienced under the care of all staff at the GRI during the most anxious of times. From the moment my wife was seen at clinic to her admission to ward 56, her journey through Theatres and recovery to her discharge form 56b, we were both met with warmth, care and professionalism from all staff.

Both Drs Burton and Lindsay were thorough in sensitively communicating difficult issues to us and their manner instilled immediate trust.

Dr Lindsay , under whose care my wife fell, was not only professional and extremely clear in her meetings with us, but her consultations were conducted in a very caring and warm manner and it is clear that in her, the GRI has an extremely dedicated, warm and skilled clinician (who seemed to work 24 hours a day)! 

I hope our appreciation can be shared with all staff
