To-day I attended BGH for an Endoscopy. I could not have had better treatment anywhere. From the moment I arrived and was welcomed by nurse Sally until the time the procedure was over I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism.
Thank you to Sister Henderson who carried out the procedure in such a gentle, caring way.
