What I liked

The ward I should have been on was closed for re-furbishent, however the staff had moved to another ward and even though there was some disruption with equipment they kept their professionalism at all times. This has been my 3rd operation in six months and on each occasion the level of care has been exceptional and I cannot fault the care i have received. There was a lady who had come in as a day case who was complaining because she wasn't first on the list for theatre, her behaviour was terrible but the staff dealt with her with such professionalism. I also liked that there was another lady who had come in who had parkinson's and the staff even did her hair for her before she went to theatre, they went the extra mile with her and put her at ease as she had a needle phobia. Everything about this ward was fantastic and I was in for 8 days.
