(as the patient),

I first started my treatment about 4months ago at the hospital.. my skin was in a very bad psoriasis condition. all the staff in the unit were very considerant and caring. once or twice I had a very misarable day. the staff were very kind and listened to my woes/ with patience and understanding. I cannot praise everyone highly enough for my care. my skin has improved 100%. thankyou all very much. love k
