On Friday 23rd March at 4pm I visited the Imaging department for an external and internal scan, which I was extremely nervous about. I had brought my husband with me, and wanted him to stay with me throughout the scan.
The radiologist who performed the scan and her assistant were so kind, helpful and professional. They didn’t object to my husband staying with me and made sure that he was appropriately seated and comfortable.
They were aware that I was feeling apprehensive and did everything they could to put me at ease by constantly reassuring me that I was in control and explaining each step of the process to us.
Although they had many patients to see, they didn’t rush at all and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible at all times.
I felt I had to write in and commend them, as they helped me through the whole scan so kindly that although I had been dreading it, I came out feeling very positive. I and my husband wanted to thank them for thier excellent care.
"Very happy patient"
