What I liked

I was treated in Oncology in the Rosemere Center. Apart from having to wait occasionally, because appointments were too close together therefore not giving the needed time for each patient and making the nurses rush, the staff were wonderful and helpful and made the whole frightening experience more bearable.

Please listen to your staff, they know best.

What could be improved

Waiting time. More time should be allocated to each patient so the staff don't have to rush. Rushing may cause mistakes.
