What I liked

I was an inpatient for a week on Ward 11 West and feel moved to comment on the exceptional care which I received during my stay from all of the staff without exception. Their care and professionalism, often under pressure, was an absolute credit both to their profession and the Royal Free. It would be impossible to mention anyone in particular as all were wonderful.
