"Worse NHS care I have ever had."

What could be improved

This hospital cares and enjoys giving injections in the back, for which they do not inform you that on the appointment that it is an appointment slot given to all patients being seen that day and you will not be given a slot till the doctor arrives an hour later and he classifies which patient in which order, this means that you can go hungry whilst waiting.

Once you have been given the injection they do not keep required by law records of anything that happened during this operation. If you are one of the people who have had problems during operation or that treatment did not work, you are thrown in a pile of we do not care, and that is where you stay and the consultants/Doctors they strongly beleive in covering each others backs, and you will find it hard to get given correct treatment, and assistance with your condition.

Anything else?

One wonders if I can get a job there on the consultants/doctors pay and waste patients time and say live with it, and out of 10 people 8 will have the same problem as you but may not have the pain.

I think this is called Pass the buck.
