I have had complex problems with this hospital and followed the complaints procedure to the full and had meetings with doctors they say one thing to your face and another in writing they have given me the run around and I'm still in the same position I was in 2 yes ago (24/7 pain) I was told would it be better for a fresh start at another hospital ( why should I ) I even got told that I would not believe anything a doctor say unless it fits my own views ?.

I was even given medication that I told the doctor did not agree with me and the final response I got was that it some times work second time around. Well I hope this never ends up being serious for any one else , I know people moan and winge about the nhs but I have had fantastic treatment from other depts in basildon. all I wanted to know is why my pain is there.....
