"Very capable hands"

I had an appointment at Forth Valley Day Surgery Unit for a skin biopsy on a dark patch on my face. Having never had a procedure like this before, I was quite nervous in the waiting area. However once I was in the very capable hands of Kirsty and Jill, I was at once put at ease with their friendly, reassuring approach. With every step of the procedure explained and, with guidance on how to look after the wound, I left after an extremely painless procedure. Thank you to Kirsty and Jill for their excellent care during my time with them this morning.
