"Waiting time to be seen ENT outpatients"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Ear, Nose and Throat

Recent appt which had been cancelled 4 weeks before then had to wait 2 hrs to be seen as clinic running very late.Cant fault staff who were doing their best but obviously under staffed and under pressure.This clinic is in need of urgent review

Thank you for your feedback regarding the cancellation of your appointment and subsequent delay in our ENT Outpatients Department. Although we try hard not to cancel and keep patients waiting for appointments, unfortunately this does not always happen. We will feedback your comments to the team.
