I bought my son in with a 2nd concussion in a week and I can’t praise the Children’s A&E enough. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were so professional, caring and helpful. We were there for 5 hours but in that time my son was repetadnly observed, spoke to 2 doctors and had a reported on CR scan. Can’t ask for more - we left feeling reassured and cared for. What a mark of a civilised society. Thank you.
