"Are the phones working over there?"

About: Wycombe Hospital / Maternity

In March I did my first pregnancy scan at the Antenatal Clinic in High Wycombe Hospital, and I've been suggested to do a blood test for down syndrome. At the end of the appointment I've been told that I will have to go back so I gave my details to the nurse assuming that i will receive all the information that I need by message or post but I never received father indications at all.For the passed 10 days I've been trying to call either the Blood test department and the Antenatal Clinic several times and nobody never picked up the phone. Is this professional? Why do you have a phone number if nobody actually pick it up? What am I meant to do? I don't know what to do anymore to try to get in contact with somebody
