What I liked

The staff in a and e were efficient and compassionate, They explained what was happening and had my mother in law in an ema bed within a few hours.They were also extremely helpful with us in ordering a very helpful taxi driver to take us the 30 odd miles home ( we had arrived the the ambulance with the patient). The OT phoned us to check that everything was in order for the patient to be discharged.. obviously very good communication between members of the health care team. my mother in law also reported that the nurses were very kind, caring and calm (like they were when she was a nurse.. great praise in deed!)
