I went to A&E at 22:30 on a Saturday evening. Not expecting to be taken seriously as I was having a allergic reaction. I was assessed within 5min, was given steroids to help within 10, and seen by a doc 1hr later. No one made me feel like I was wasting their time and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Spoke to me about all the decisions they were making and kept me in the loop.
Everyone is very quick to bash the NHS but fail to praise. Therefore I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff working on 17/03/2018 at Broomfield A&E. You do such a amazing job!!!!!
