"Excellent service"

I went to the hospital today for a pre op assessment. I arrived at the North Wing early, and was seen by a member of staff shortly afterwards. She was professional but friendly,putting me at ease. Not long later they called me in to give info on what was likely to happen. Again professional, friendly and informative. I couldn’t fault anything. Even my ear operation has been only a month from seeing the consultant, who is as perfect as everyone else. A big thank you to all involved.
