Very recently I needed to visit the GUM Walk-In Clinic at Northwick Park Hospital. The two Receptionists were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Despite an issue with patients being disgruntled about who was next in the queue, the two receptionists remained professional, polite and took control. They also helped me with all of my queries.

I was also really put at ease by both the young doctor, and the two nurses that took a blood sample. All three individuals were professional, polite, sensitive and importantly, genuinely caring. They also used humour to put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly.

I felt very at ease during the whole appointment process and I am yet again, very impressed by the people working at Northwick Park Hospital.
