"Very grateful."

I was referred here after going to my GP when I was 16 about having depression and anxiety.

I was made to feel comfortable there and all the staff were lovely. Although it did take a few months for me to begin therapy which worked for me (which is quite a normal amount of time to wait with the NHS), the staff were very supportive and tried to find the absolute best way for me to recover. This is the place where I got my life back, I learned to be happy and where I always knew I was cared for and important. Thank you so much to all the doctors and therapists there who were always so kind to me and for creating a little safe space at the clinic which at the time I never thought I'd have. The work you do is under appreciated but so, so vital and I will never forget it. Thank you.
